Terms of Service

MetaAstro (astro.metalife.org.in) provides computer-calculated Vedic astrology (Jyotisha) charts, interpretations and reports. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

Nature of the service

• Astrological interpretations are traditional and cultural; they are not scientifically established predictions.
• Remedies (mantra, yantra, daan etc.) are spiritual practices and never replace medical, legal or financial advice.
• Calculations depend on the birth date, time and place you enter. Please check them before unlocking.

Accounts and free kundalis

• Every account gets 3 kundalis free for life, viewable any number of times.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts created to repeatedly obtain free kundalis may be suspended.
• Deleting a free kundali does not restore the free allowance.

Paid products

• PDF report of a free kundali: ₹21 per kundali (re-download free).
• Additional kundali (view + PDF): ₹51, or packs of 5 for ₹199 and 11 for ₹399.
• Credits bought by you do not expire. Credits given under a custom (bulk) plan may carry a validity date stated in that plan.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, scrape it, or upload other people's personal data without their consent. Professional users (bulk plans) are responsible for their own clients' consent.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
