Refund & Cancellation Policy

All MetaAstro products are digital and delivered instantly: the kundali or PDF unlocks the moment payment is confirmed. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

When we refund

• You were charged but the product was not delivered (kundali/PDF did not unlock) and we cannot deliver it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

When we do not refund

• After a kundali or PDF has been unlocked and delivered.
• Because of disagreement with an astrological interpretation.

Wrong birth details?

Instead of a refund, you can correct the birth date, time or place of an unlocked kundali once, free, within 24 hours of unlocking it (link on the kundali page).

Payment deducted but not unlocked?

Usually the unlock completes automatically within a few minutes. If not, write to us with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID within 7 days.
